Payment

:: All sales are processed through my Etsy Shop and payment is due at the time of purchase. Etsy has direct checkout, which accepts all major credit cards, and also accepts Paypal.

:: Purchases made by California residents will have 7.75% sales tax added (effective July 1, 2011).

Shipping

:: Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipping prices are based on size and weight and a small handling fee is structured into the overall price.

:: Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to addresses in the USA, 5-8 business days for Canada, and 7-12 business days for shipping to international addresses.

:: Items that are personalized or made to order will take 3-4 days longer (not including weekends).

:: USA shipping will have a tracking number. Please note that shipping to Canada and elsewhere will not have any tracking unless it is shipped Priority Mail or Registered Mail which costs 4-5 times as much as First Class International shipping. Without any tracking, this means that I cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order. If you would like your order to be shipped Priority or Registered, please let me know.

:: For orders shipped to countries outside the USA, please be aware that each country will have their own customs/duties taxes, which buyers may or may not need to pay. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and duties charges that may be incurred.

:: Insurance is not included in the shipping price, therefore there is no indemnity coverage for items damaged or lost in transit. Insurance is an option if you want. Just contact me before you make your purchase.

:: Sometimes we need things in a hurry, so please let me know if you need expedited shipping so that I can get you a shipping quote. I will do my best to get an order to you ASAP.

:: Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct as I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Returns

:: My hope is that you will be thrilled with your purchase, but If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me with your feedback and return item(s) in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping will be at your expense.

:: A refund will be given to you through PayPal once I have received and inspected the returned item(s). You will be refunded the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable.

:: Shipping charges will NOT be refunded – it will only be refunded when the return is a result of my error.

:: Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable.
